Job summary

BMS CAT is looking for hardworking individuals to perform detailed cleaning and remediation on residential, commercial, and industrial sites, including mold, water damage, and smoke cleanup. You will follow safety guidelines and assist with setup and transport of equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning, remediation, or construction preferred.
• Willingness to train in remediation processes.
• Ability to perform physical labor including lifting 50+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed cleaning, wiping, HEPA vacuuming, and debris removal in remediation zones.
• Set up containment barriers and air purification equipment.
• Conduct pre-clean and post-clean sanitation per IICRC standards.
• Load-in/load-out of equipment, tools, and materials.
• Document daily work activities with photos and inventory tracking.
• Assist with odor removal and antimicrobial application.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas and PPE compliance.
• Interact professionally with customers and onsite personnel.
