Job summary

BMS CAT is seeking hard-working individuals to join our remediation team in Tampa. You will perform smoke, fire, and water cleanup, with training provided.

The role involves detailed cleaning, sanitation, site preparation, and environmental decontamination across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. You must follow safety, compliance, and quality standards to complete work professionally and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting 50+ lbs.
• Willingness to be trained in remediation processes and safety standards.
• Valid Driver's License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed cleaning, wiping, HEPA vacuuming and debris removal.
• Set up containment barriers and operate air machines and dehumidifiers.
• Conduct pre-clean and post-clean sanitation per standards.
• Safely handle and dispose of contaminated materials per guidelines.
• Load/unload equipment and transport materials to job sites.
• Document work activities and maintain inventory control.
• Assist with odor removal and antimicrobial application as needed.
• Maintain professional conduct with customers and on-site personnel.
