Job summary

BMS CAT is seeking an Entry Level Restoration Technician to support day-to-day remediation operations on residential, commercial, and industrial projects. You will perform detailed cleaning, mold and water damage cleanup, and environmental decontamination following company protocols and safety standards.

We train on the job; candidates should be able to lift 50+ lbs, work in varying conditions, and maintain professionalism with customers and on-site teams. A valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Able to perform physical labor and lift 50+ lbs reliably.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends as needed.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation; on-site training provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed cleaning, sanitation, and debris removal in remediation zones.
• Set up containment barriers, negative air machines, HEPA scrubbers, and dehumidifiers.
• Follow IICRC and company sanitation standards for pre/post cleanups.
• Safely handle and dispose of contaminated materials per guidelines.
• Move equipment and inventory, wrap files, and palletize items for transport.
• Maintain clean work areas, vehicles, and equipment; adhere to PPE requirements.
• Document daily activities with photos and equipment usage; comply with safety protocols.
