Qualifications

• Strong ability to build relationships, proactively reach out to clients and follow up.
• Knowledgeable about bank policies, procedures and self-service digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers across in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels.
• Educate clients on deposit and loan products and services and gather customer data.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Promote digital products and self-service channels to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with branch teams to deliver an optimal client experience with accuracy.
