Responsibilities

• Performs analysis on information services delivery issues and monitors/manages user accounts for hardware, network, computer systems and peripheral devices.
• Provides statistical and qualitative information to identify and address usability problems in the Information Services Delivery Function.
• Responds to and resolves computer problems quickly to ensure maximum uptime and minimal disruption to user activity.
• Analyzes, develops, implements and maintains business solutions for the Information Services Delivery Function.
• Builds, configures, installs, maintains and upgrades computer systems hardware and software.
• Acts as a lead in Information Services projects and implements multi-function office systems.
• Evaluates existing systems and user needs and makes recommendations to increase efficiency.
• Ensures user training needs are met for new or existing applications.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
