The candidate should have a post-secondary degree or equivalent and up to 3 years of relevant experience, with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to train users and implement IT solutions.

• Experience monitoring and managing user accounts for hardware, network, and related computer systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Performs analysis on information services delivery issues related to user accounts and devices.
• Provides information and analysis to address usability problems in IT delivery.
• Responds to and resolves computer problems to maximize uptime and minimize disruption.
• Develops and maintains business solutions for the Information Services Delivery Function.
• Builds, configures, installs, and upgrades computer systems hardware and software.
• Leads Information Services projects and implements multi-function office systems.
• Evaluates existing systems and recommends improvements to meet business needs.
• Ensures user training needs are met for new or existing applications.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
