Spade Recruiting in the United States is seeking an Entry-Level Remote Phone Booker / Appointment Scheduler to support our recruiting team by connecting with interested candidates.

This 100% remote role offers flexible scheduling, training provided, and growth opportunities. You will make outbound calls to warm leads, confirm interest, schedule interviews, and keep the pipeline organized.

No prior recruiting experience is required; we provide scripts and CRM training to help you succeed from home.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age and legally allowed to work in the United States.
• Be physically located within the United States.
• Have a reliable computer or laptop and high‑speed internet.
• Quiet environment for making phone calls.
• Comfortable making frequent outbound calls.
• Willing to learn Zoom, Calendly and recruiting/CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm candidates who have expressed interest.

What You’ll Do

As a Remote Phone Booker / Appointment Scheduler , you’ll serve as one of the first points of contact for prospective candidates.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Make outbound calls to warm candidates who have already expressed interest
• Introduce yourself professionally and confirm continued interest
• Schedule qualified candidates for career overviews and interviews
• Use our online calendar system to coordinate appointment times
• Confirm upcoming appointments and help reduce no-shows
• Follow up with candidates who missed or need to reschedule
• Answer basic questions regarding the interview and scheduling process
• Communicate through phone, email, and text when appropriate
• Maintain accurate notes regarding candidate conversations
• Track call outcomes and scheduled appointments
• Update candidate information within our recruiting systems
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to keep the interview pipeline moving

Warm Candidate Leads — Not Random Cold Calling

You won’t be expected to search the internet for people to call or randomly dial individuals who have never heard from us.

You’ll primarily connect with prospective candidates who have already applied or expressed interest in learning more about our opportunities.

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
