We're expanding our recruiting operations and looking for a motivated, dependable, and energetic Remote Phone Booker / Appointment Scheduler to help connect interested applicants with our hiring team.
This is not random cold calling.
You will primarily contact warm candidates who have already applied, responded to a recruiting advertisement, or expressed interest in learning more about our career opportunities.
Your role is simple but important: Connect → Confirm Interest → Schedule → Remind → Follow Up → Help Candidates Show Up
You’ll help create a positive first impression while keeping our interview calendar and recruiting pipeline moving. No previous recruiting or appointment-setting experience is required. Training is provided.
As a Remote Phone Booker / Appointment Scheduler, you’ll be one of the first personal connections applicants have with our recruiting team.
