Qualifications

• Strong communicator comfortable assisting customers face-to-face, by phone, and by email.
• Positive, curious, dependable, and detail-oriented with a willingness to learn.
• Able to shift between customer-facing work and hands-on operational tasks in a fast-paced team.
• Basic computer proficiency and readiness to learn order-entry, inventory, and other business systems.

Responsibilities

• Enter and review customer orders, confirm key details, and communicate updates.
• Provide hands-on inventory support including receiving, stocking, and organizing materials.
• Assist customers in person, over the phone, and by email to move requests toward solutions.
• Coordinate with teammates on order readiness, pickups, and deliveries.
• Learn products and internal processes to support customers confidently.
