Job summary

Travelers is seeking a Customer Care Advisor trainee to join our Customer Solutions Center in the United States. You will handle high volumes of inbound calls, assist customers and agents with policy inquiries, billing questions, and quotes, and process policy changes under supervision.

Training builds product knowledge and customer service skills for independent handling. Ideal candidates will have a high energy level, strong communication, and the ability to learn quickly.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or call center environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn and follow established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls from customers, agents and third parties.
• Provide policy inquiries, changes, and billing support.
• Respond to quotes or changes to policies and product lines.
• Process policy changes and ensure accurate account notes.
