Job summary

Professional Credit is hiring a Call Center Credit Representative in Springfield, OR. The full-time role (40 hours) starts with training; onsite hours are 8am–5pm, with a rotating half-day Saturday once a month at the Springfield, OR office.

You will handle inbound/outbound calls, chats, and texts using advanced CRM tools to help consumers navigate debt and establish payment plans. We value professionalism, empathy, and the ability to navigate multiple screens.

Qualifications

• Experience in collections and delivering customer service.
• Ability to type 25 words per minute.
• Proficient with CRM software.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Good decision making under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Interact with consumers via phone, live chat, email and text.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.
• Navigate CRM software.
• Learn and apply negotiation and sales techniques.
• Negotiate payment agreements and assist consumers in resolving debt.
• Demonstrate basic computer skills and multitask across screens.
• Make sound decisions to resolve customer issues.
