Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. in Oregon is seeking a Credit Specialist to oversee a portfolio of process-focused customers and national accounts. You will align credit and collection activities with the company’s customer relations strategy and support enterprise objectives.

The role requires experience in credit management or related finance roles, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Experience in credit management or similar accounting/finance roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).

Responsabilités

• Maintain consistency between credit and collection activities and the organization's customer relations strategy.
• Implement credit policies to maintain acceptable risk, prompt payments, and minimize losses.
• Contact customers regarding delinquent payments and prepare reports on credit status.
• Manage customers using portals for PO delivery, invoicing, and payment; handle credit functions.
• Handle sophisticated, large, or difficult credit accounts while maintaining customer relations.
• Participate in associate meetings and strengthen internal and external relationships.
• Support enterprise business and sales objectives through efficient performance of job responsibilities.
