Clark Construction Group is seeking an entry-level Compliance Analyst to serve as the project compliance expert across a portfolio of government-funded construction projects. You will work with a dedicated team to ensure adherence to prevailing wage, union, and PLA requirements while supporting audit and reporting processes.

The role involves generating CPRs, reviewing wage documents, and collaborating with project teams on improvements.

Qualifications

• Motivated, organized and detail oriented with strong output reliability.
• Able to learn quickly and work under pressure in a fast-paced team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for compliance reporting.
• Familiarity with federal contracting, labor regulations and FAR a plus.

Responsabilités

• Enforce compliance with prevailing wage laws and PLA/union requirements.
• Generate and certify CPRs for Clark craft employees and subs timely.
• Manage all prevailing wage document collection and review.
• Cross-check payroll submissions against project documents for proper payments.
• Collaborate on process improvements and issue resolution related to compliance.
• Assist with complex wage issues and investigations with third parties.
• Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information.
• Support worker utilization goals and small business subcontracting.
• Resolve internal audit findings and manage project start-up/close-out for compliance.
• Travel to one or more project sites locally and conduct weekly on-site worker interviews.
