Job summary

Clark Construction Group seeks an entry-level Compliance Analyst to serve as the project compliance expert on government-funded projects. You will work with a dedicated team to ensure our projects meet compliance objectives across multiple sites.

You will enforce prevailing wage laws, generate CPRs, review payroll submissions, and collaborate with project teams to improve processes. Travel to sites locally may be required. This role offers upward mobility within Project Controls and Compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Enforce compliance with federal, state, and local wage laws and PLA requirements.
• Generate and submit CPRs for Clark craft employees and subs.
• Review payroll submissions to ensure proper wage payments.
• Collaborate with project teams and leadership on process improvements and issue resolution.
• Travel to project sites locally as required.
• Conduct worker interviews on site to ensure compliance with wage laws.
