Job summary

Clark Construction Group, LLC is seeking an entry level Compliance Analyst to serve as the project compliance expert on government-funded construction projects. You will work with a dedicated team to ensure compliance objectives are met, with opportunities for upward mobility within Project Controls and Compliance.

The role involves enforcing wage laws, generating CPRs, reviewing documents, and collaborating with project teams.

Qualifications

Highly motivated individual with strong organizational and time management skills.
Careful attention to detail and reliability of output.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Familiarity with federal contracting, labor regulations, and FAR regulations a plus.

Responsibilities

Enforce compliance with federal, state, and local prevailing wage laws and PLA requirements.
Generate, certify, and submit CPRs for Clark craft employees and subcontractors.
Manage prevailing wage document collection and review for Clark and partners.
Cross-check payroll submissions against project documents to ensure proper wage payments.
Collaborate on process improvements and issue resolution related to project compliance.
Assist with complex prevailing wage issues and investigations with third parties.
Travel to one or more project sites locally.
