Job summary

Responsibilities

• Enforce compliance with federal, state, and local prevailing wage laws, plus union and PLA requirements.
• Generate, certify, and submit CPRs for Clark craft employees and subcontractors timely and accurately.
• Manage prevailing wage related document collection and review for Clark and trade partners.
• Cross-check payroll submissions against project documents to ensure proper wage payments.
• Collaborate with project teams and leadership on process improvements and issue resolution related to compliance.
• Assist with complex prevailing wage issues and investigations with third parties.
• Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information.
• Create economic opportunities by meeting goals on worker utilization and small business subcontracting.
• Quickly resolve internal audit findings.
• Manage project start-up and close-out for compliance.
• Travel to project sites locally and conduct weekly on-site worker interviews to ensure compliance.
