Job summary

Clark Construction Group in Baltimore is seeking an entry-level Compliance Analyst to serve as the project compliance expert across a portfolio of government-funded projects. You will join a team of compliance professionals to enforce federal, state, and local wage laws, prepare CPRs, review contractor submissions, and support process improvements.

You will also conduct on-site interviews and assist with audits.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with federal contracting, labor regulations, and FAR regulations a plus.

Responsibilities

Enforce compliance with federal, state, and local prevailing wage laws and union/PLA requirements.
Generate, certify, and submit CPRs for Clark craft employees and subcontractors.
Manage prevailing wage document collection and review for Clark and trade partners.
Cross-check payroll submissions against project documents to ensure proper wages.
Collaborate with project teams and leadership on compliance improvements and issue resolution.
Assist with complex prevailing wage issues and investigations with third parties.
Maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
Crew on-site interviews weekly to ensure compliance with wage laws.
Oversee project start-up and close-out for compliance.
