Clark Construction Group, LLC is seeking an entry-level Compliance Analyst to act as the project compliance expert on government-funded construction projects. This role collaborates with a dedicated compliance team to meet objectives and offers upward mobility within the Project Controls and Compliance department.

Responsibilities include enforcing wage laws, generating CPRs, reviewing payroll data, and supporting process improvements. Occasional local travel and on-site interviews are required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.

Aufgaben

• Enforce compliance with federal, state and local prevailing wage laws and PLA requirements.
• Generate, certify, and submit CPRs for Clark craft employees and subcontractors.
• Manage prevailing wage document collection and review.
• Cross-check payroll submissions against project documents to ensure proper wages.
• Collaborate with project teams and leadership on processes and issue resolution.
• Travel to one or more project sites locally and conduct weekly on-site worker interviews.
