Lithko is seeking an entry-level Project Engineer in Denver, CO to learn from experienced mentors and contribute to safety, quality, and execution on concrete construction projects. You will help plan work, monitor progress, and adapt plans as needed.

As you grow, duties may include estimating, field engineering, forming, inspections, loadout, and tracking quantities. A collaborative, hands-on attitude is essential on active job sites.

Qualifications

• You must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future.
• You will complete a degree in Construction Management, Concrete Industry Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field before your start date, or have equivalent work or military experience.

Responsibilities

• Actively understand project scope, schedule, and safety/quality plans with managers and mentors.
• Develop plans to execute work objectives, track progress, and replan based on feedback and performance.
• Manage the daily safety, quality, and execution of work objectives.
• Duties may evolve to include estimating, field engineering, forming walls/columns, inspections, loadout, place/finish, slabs prep/forming, production tracking, and quantity take-offs.
