Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Will complete a degree in Construction Management, Concrete Industry Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field before your start date, or have equivalent work or military experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand the project scope and schedule with safety and quality plans; use managers and mentors for guidance.
• Develop execution plans, track progress, and replan based on feedback and performance.
• Manage daily safety, quality, and execution of work objectives.
• Learn through hands-on performance with the team via daily preparation and project execution processes.
• Duties may include estimating, field engineering, forming walls/columns, inspections, loadout, place/finish, slab prep, quantity take-offs, and more.
