Job summary

Lithko is seeking an entry-level Project Engineer in Denver, CO to learn the fundamentals of concrete construction on site. You will work under a dedicated manager and mentors, participate in an integration program, and have opportunities for rapid promotion.

Responsibilities include applying safety and quality controls, supporting plans and execution, and advancing through hands-on tasks such as estimating, field engineering, and slab work as you grow within a nationwide contractor.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Degree in Construction Management, Concrete Industry Management, Civil Engineering, or related field before start date.

Responsibilities

• Understand project scope, schedule, safety and quality with managers and mentors.
• Develop plans to execute work objectives and track progress.
• Manage daily safety, quality, and execution of work objectives.
• Learn through hands-on performance with teams and the project execution process.
• Duties may include estimating, field engineering, formwork, inspections, loadout, pour/finish, slab prep, and quantity take-offs.
