Intervention, Inc. in Lakewood, CO is seeking an entry-level Criminal Justice Community Corrections Specialist to guide clients toward pro-social behavior and ensure safety. The role involves monitoring, enforcing policies, and assisting residents across residential and nonresidential settings.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and customer service or security experience. Training, benefits, and PSLF eligibility are offered; swing shift hours and overnight/weekend differential apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of customer service and/or security experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to enter data in software systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and security procedures during monitoring of clients.
• Educate clients on facility policies and orientation requirements.
• Complete disciplinary and incident reports accurately and timely.
• Conduct rounds and monitor for policy violations and safety concerns.
• Document client movements and sign-in/out procedures.
