Intervention Inc. in Lakewood, CO is seeking an entry-level Community Corrections Specialist to support residents in a residential facility and aid their reentry into the community.

This full-time, 2nd shift role includes paid training, opportunities for advancement into probation, case management, and public safety. You will conduct rounds, monitor compliance, perform UDS, and maintain records.

Qualificações

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Strong verbal communication and de-escalation skills.
• Maintain firm, professional boundaries with residents.
• Pass a standard criminal background check.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor facility safety through rounds and checks.
• Track resident movements, sign-ins/outs, and curfew adherence.
• Administer routine urine drug screenings and breathalyzer tests.
• Complete accurate logbook documentation and shift incident reports.
• Assist residents with facility guidelines, chores and resource access.
