Intervention, Inc. is hiring for an entry-level Criminal Justice Community Corrections Specialist in Pueblo, CO. The role focuses on monitoring and guiding clients toward pro-social behavior while safeguarding staff and the community.

No prior experience is required; training is provided. A female candidate preference is noted for urinalysis observations. Compensation ranges from $19.10 to $21.01 per hour with shift differentials and full benefits.

Formación

• 2 years customer service and/or security experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Must pass background check and have ability to access state criminal databases.
• Ability to lift and move furnishings up to 25 lbs.
• Direct observation of females for urinalysis is a bona fide occupational qualification.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor clients and enforce facility rules to maintain safety.
• Provide customer service to visitors and assist them to authorized areas.
• Prepare disciplinary and incident reports accurately and legibly.
• Conduct rounds to ensure safety and monitor policy compliance.
• Coordinate meals and supervise dining hall during mealtimes.
