Intervention, Inc. in Lakewood, CO is seeking an entry-level Community Corrections Specialist to work the 3rd shift in our residential facility. You will assist justice-involved adults reentering the community and participate in routine safety checks, log keeping, and basic supervision with paid training provided.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and de-escalation skills.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries with residents.
• High attention to detail for legal and facility records.
• Must pass a standard criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Monitor facility safety through rounds and security checks.
• Track resident movements, sign-ins/outs, and curfew adherence.
• Administer urine drug screenings and breathalyzer tests.
• Maintain accurate logbook documentation and incident reports.
• Assist residents with guidelines, chores, and resource access.
