Job summary

The role involves overnight and weekend shifts, monitoring and enforcing facility policies, and maintaining detailed documentation. The position requires a high school diploma and 2 years of customer service or security experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years customer service and/or security experience.
• Computer skills to enter data and generate reports.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Support and adhere to Intervention Inc.’s mission, values and Code of Conduct.
• Educate new clients on facility policies and complete program orientation.
• Monitor clients and ensure adherence to facility rules and safety procedures.
• Document incidents and report to supervisor.
• Conduct rounds to ensure safety and monitor compliance.
