Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years customer service and/or security experience.
• Basic data entry and reporting skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to deescalate crises when needed.

Responsibilities

• Support and adhere to Intervention's mission, values and Code of Conduct.
• Maintain confidentiality of client and company information.
• Educate new clients on facility policies and complete orientation.
• Monitor compliance with facility rules and report incidents.
• Conduct rounds to ensure safety and security throughout the facility.
• Assist with safety procedures and de-escalation when needed.
