Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and process incoming claims, ensuring documentation is complete and accurate.
• Provide prompt and courteous telephone support to callers.
• Support claims adjusters by making initial contact with customers and other parties.
• Investigate claims by contacting claimants, witnesses, or medical providers for statements.
• Manage minor claims, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of all claims activities.
• Assist with improvements to claims processes and procedures.
• Coordinate with repair professionals to obtain estimates and ensure quality repairs.
• Direct complex claims to the appropriate claims adjuster.
• Maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with contacts.
