Job summary

Epic is seeking a Trainer to deliver in-person and online training for physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff. You will guide new users through Epic software, shape their experience, and support their transition.

The role includes instructional design, development of training materials, and collaboration on workflow-based content. Based on our Madison campus, relocation is reimbursed, and staff may work with teams across the country.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Experience in education, teaching, or performance preferred.
• Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days.
• COVID-19 vaccination may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and healthcare users.
• Develop training materials and patient-care scenarios.
• Collaborate with teams to design workflow-based training content.
• Contribute to instructional design and training program improvements.
