Medtelligent is hiring an entry-level position at the intersection of account management and client support in Chicago. You will handle escalated client calls, learn from experienced account managers, and build skills in communication, software configuration, and client coordination.

No degree required; we value curiosity, customer empathy, and a passion for helping people. In-office presence is required initially with potential flexible arrangements based on performance milestones.

Qualifications

• No college degree required; tech curiosity and helping people.
• Comfort with technology and quick learner.
• Experience in customer service or related roles.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn ALIS and account management processes.

Responsibilities

• Take calls from support that are better suited for account management and resolve them.
• Learn ALIS platform and support client relationships.
• Configure ALIS application settings and support account-related work.
• Maintain accurate customer information in HubSpot.
• Support account management projects and initiatives.
• Shadow customer meetings and learn how managers help clients achieve goals.
