ALIS by Medtelligent in Chicago is seeking an entry-level professional for a combined account management and client support role. You will learn the platform, shadow meetings, and grow client relationships while handling follow-up tasks and configuration work.

This full-time position begins with in-office attendance for the first 90 days and then offers flexibility based on milestones. Ideal candidates are early in their careers, with customer service or related experiences, and a coachable

Qualifications

Early in your career and looking to break into technology/healthtech.
Internships, campus leadership, customer service, sales, or similar experiences show initiative.
Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with follow-through.
HubSpot experience is a plus, but not required.
Able to learn new software and tools quickly.
Positive, coachable attitude with willingness to receive feedback.

Responsibilities

Take calls transferred from our support team and guide them to resolution with account management.
Work alongside experienced account managers to grow client relationships.
Develop understanding of the ALIS platform and the facilities we serve.
Shadow customer meetings and learn how account managers help clients achieve goals.
Own follow-up tasks from customer meetings and keep projects moving forward.
