Job summary

AO (American Income Division) is seeking motivated professionals for remote roles as Remote Client Success Representatives in a fully virtual environment. This 100% remote position is open to U.S. residents and focuses on client education, enrollment support, and ongoing relationship building.

What You’ll Do

As a Remote Client Success Representative, you’ll serve as a trusted resource for clients while developing valuable communication, customer service, and leadership skills.

Client Service & Relationship Building

• Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and scheduled phone appointments
• Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options
• Explain products and services clearly and professionally
• Help clients understand options based on their individual needs
• Assist with applications, enrollment, and benefit updates
• Provide ongoing customer service and follow-up support
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
