Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2 years of customer service experience or equivalent.
• Strong communication and service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Attend and complete designated claims professional training program.
• Adjust workers’ compensation claims under supervision.
• Communicate effectively with injured workers, insureds/employers, medical providers, attorneys and carrier representatives.
• Investigate claims by gathering medical records, employer reports, and witness statements.
• Document claim activity and prepare detailed reports.
• Administer indemnity and medical benefits and ensure state compliance.
• Participate in meetings and claim reviews.
