Qualifications

• Entry-level trainee position focused on claims adjusting.
• Completion of a 4-week training program and onboarding.
• Strong communication and service orientation required.
• Ability to learn and apply jurisdictional guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing and responding to mail, emails and documents.
• Communicate with injured workers, insurers, providers and attorneys.
• Investigate and document claims with relevant information.
• Determine coverage and benefits with supervisor guidance.
• Maintain organized claim files and detailed reports.
