Job summary

This role emphasizes hands-on learning and strong professional development, with training in AutoCAD Civil 3D, site visits, and teamwork to support project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Work on land development projects across commercial, residential, industrial, and mixed-use sites.
• Learn site design from concept through construction with experienced mentors.
• Use AutoCAD Civil 3D to create site layouts, grading plans, and utilities.
• Research design manuals, zoning ordinances, and jurisdictional regulations.
• Review regulatory comments and assist with project redesigns as needed.
• Support the preparation of stormwater management reports and submittals.
• Participate in Professional and Technical Training through Bohler’s Learning & Development programs.
• Attend site visits to observe field conditions and coordinate with project teams.
• Engage in professional organizations to build your network.
• Perform other responsibilities per company policies.
