Bohler Engineering Group in Wilmington, DE is hiring an Entry Level Civil Engineer (Land Development) who will learn hands-on through mentoring and real project work. You will assist with site planning, grading, utilities, and stormwater design as part of a collaborative team.

You will gain experience from experienced engineers, work with AutoCAD Civil 3D, and participate in training programs to advance toward licensure while contributing to diverse commercial, residential, and mixed-use

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 0–1+ years of site design/permitting experience in land development is typical.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D is preferred; training provided if needed.
• EIT certification is helpful but not required.

Responsabilités

• Work on land development projects including site planning and grading.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers through all design stages.
• Use AutoCAD Civil 3D to create site layouts, grading plans, and utility designs.
• Research design manuals, zoning ordinances, and jurisdictional regulations.
• Assist with stormwater management reports and construction submittals.
• Participate in Bohler’s Learning & Development programs and mentor relationships.
