Job summary
Bohler Engineering Group in Warrenton, VA seeks an Entry Level Civil Engineer (Land Development) eager to learn and grow. You will work with engineers and project managers on site planning, grading, utilities, and stormwater, contributing to exciting projects for commercial and residential markets while laying the groundwork for your engineering career.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 0–1+ years of site design and permitting experience.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D; training provided if needed.
- EIT certification is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities
- Work on land development projects, including site planning, grading, utilities, and stormwater.
- Learn from mentors through every stage of site design.
- Create site layouts and grading plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Research design manuals and regulations.
- Assist with project redesigns and regulatory responses.
- Support stormwater reports and construction submittals.
- Attend site visits and coordinate with teams.
- Engage with professional organizations to build your network.
