Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 0–1+ years of site design/permitting experience (land development).
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D; training provided if not proficient.
• Strong communication and collaborative teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Work on land development projects including site planning, grading, utilities, and stormwater.
• Learn from engineers and mentors through all stages from concept through construction.
• Use AutoCAD Civil 3D to create site layouts and design plans.
• Coordinate with project teams and respond to regulatory comments as needed.
• Support reporting and submittals for stormwater management and permits.
• Participate in Bohler’s Learning & Development programs and site visits.
