Job summary

Bohler's Warren, NJ office invites an Entry Level Civil Engineer (Land Development) to learn and grow through hands-on project work and mentorship. You will assist with site planning, grading, utilities, and stormwater management on diverse commercial, residential, and mixed‑use developments.

You will work with experienced engineers, use AutoCAD Civil 3D for layouts, and participate in Bohler’s Learning & Development programs to advance technical and professional skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 0–1+ years site design/permitting experience.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Work on land development projects including site planning and grading.
• Collaborate with engineers and mentors through all design stages.
• Create site layouts and utility designs using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Review regulations and respond to comments.
• Support stormwater management reports and submittals.
• Attend site visits and coordinate with project teams.
