Job summary

Trulieve is hiring a Flower Technician I in Midway, FL. The role ensures incoming cannabis flower materials meet specifications, conducts visual and measurement tests, and rejects non-conforming material.

You will weigh, package, label, and store materials while maintaining cGMP and safety standards. The position is 40 hours weekly, non-exempt and hourly, with the opportunity to support production goals and quality control in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Performs incoming inspections (moisture, texture, quality, size) of flower and pre-roll material.
• Ensures proper bud size per brand standard; weighs and packages flower/pre-rolls.
• Receives raw batch items and ensures proper storage and quantities.
• Sorts items by type and completes verification paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Seal bags/jars/boxes to standard; apply labels manually or with equipment.
• Maintain cleaning processes and PPE per cGMP and Trulieve standards.
• Monitor quality and packaging, notify leads of issues.
• Attend to other duties as assigned by management.
