Job summary

Trulieve, located in Midway, FL, seeks a Flower Technician I to ensure incoming cannabis flower materials meet specifications through visual and measurement tests. You will assist in weighing, bagging, labeling, and maintaining compliant, clean work areas.

The role requires attention to detail, basic math, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict safety protocols. 40 hours weekly; benefits and PTO included.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and quality control are essential in inspecting cannabis flower and pre-roll materials.
• Ability to perform measurements, document results, and maintain clean, compliant work areas.
• Strong communication and teamwork help ensure accurate packaging and labeling processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming inspections (moisture, texture, quality) of flower and pre-roll materials.
• Ensure proper bud size, weigh and package flower/pre-roll items.
• Receive raw batches and ensure proper storage and quantity.
• Fill out verification paperwork for raw materials and batch counts.
• Seal bags/jars/tubes and apply labels with or without equipment.
• Maintain cleaning, PPE, and cGMP compliance per Trulieve standards.
• Monitor quality and packaging operations; notify leads of issues.
