Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a Flower Technician I to ensure incoming cannabis flower materials meet specifications through visual and measurement tests. The role requires inspecting moisture, texture, and quality, weighing and packaging flower and pre-rolls, and verifying batch documentation.

The position is based in Midway, FL, reports to Manufacturing Supervisors or Team Leads, and operates under non-exempt, hourly terms.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming inspections of flower and pre-roll materials (moisture, texture, quality).
• Weigh out, package flower and/or pre-roll products per standard.
• Receive, store, and organize raw batch items and ensure proper labeling.
• Fill verification paperwork and ensure correct storage of batched items.
• Monitor packaging equipment and report any issues to leads or supervisors.
• Maintain clean work areas and follow cGMP and Trulieve standards.
