Qualifications

• Gather, document, validate, and manage business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, research, and process analysis.
• Articulate requirements to the lowest level of detail needed to advance objectives, governance, and success.
• Develop business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and SOPs.
• Analyze current and future state processes to improve service delivery and user experience.

Responsibilities

• Business Analysis/Systems Analysis: gather, document, validate, and manage business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, research, and process analysis.
• Articulate requirements to the level of detail needed to advance objectives, governance, and operational success.
• Develop business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, processes, and decision criteria.
• Analyze processes to identify opportunities to improve service delivery and reduce manual work.
• Support roadmap initiatives, governance modernization, and Microsoft 365 platform improvements.
• Assist with governance across SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and related services.
• Provide guidance on proper use of Microsoft collaboration tools and platform standards.
• Research platform capabilities and solution options; translate findings into business recommendations.
