The role focuses on Microsoft 365, workflow automation, and emerging AI tools. You will analyze processes, design workflows, and provide user training while ensuring smooth system integrations across the organization.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in business applications or software support.
• Strong Microsoft 365 skills with analytical and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support and optimize business applications like OnBase, PageIQ, SharePoint.
• Analyze processes and propose technology solutions.
• Design workflows, automation, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide user support.
• Assist with implementations, upgrades, testing and change management.
• Create user documentation and training materials.
• Stay current on Copilot and AI-powered productivity tools.
