Avantier Inc is seeking an entry-level Business Development Representative to kick off a career inBD. You'll work with managers and cross-functional teams, engaging potential customers and learning the full development process.

No experience required; we provide training, coaching, and ongoing support as you grow. Flexible work-from-home options and a performance-driven environment help you build real-world skills and contribute to a fast-moving tech company.

Competenze

• Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred for entering BD roles.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided to build essential skills.
• Favorable to candidates who show motivation, coachability, and strong communication.

Mansioni

• Learn and participate in the full business development cycle from outreach to opportunity closure.
• Reach out to potential customers via calls, emails, and networking.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients.
• Ask questions to understand needs and recommend solutions.
• Assist with presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals.
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
• Work toward monthly and quarterly goals with leadership guidance.
• Collaborate with Business Development Leadership, Marketing, and other teams.
