The Role: What You’ll Be Doing
As a BDR you are the engine of the sales team. Your success directly leads to the company’s success.
- Build the Foundation: Research and prospect high‑value leads using tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, and ZoomInfo to build a robust pipeline.
- Lead with Insight: Become a subject‑matter expert on the client’s offering to engage C‑level executives and qualify critical business pain points.
- Multi‑Channel Engagement: Execute high‑volume, multi‑channel outreach campaigns—including personalized cold calls, strategic emails, and targeted LinkedIn messaging.
- Drive Revenue: Consistently book qualified discovery meetings for Senior Account Executives, directly contributing to revenue targets.
