Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in business analysis or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, CS, or related field.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration abilities.
• Experience with requirements documentation and process mapping.
• Experience guiding and improving business processes in Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with business goals.
• Serve as liaison between business units and Software Engineering.
• Engage with the Business Analyst team bi-weekly to share insights.
• Address and escalate errors related to custom development.
• Scope and analyze system improvements across business processes and tech.
• Perform QA for custom applications and automated jobs.
• Provide Salesforce support for reporting, analysis, and small workflows.
• Occasionally participate in out-of-hours deployments and maintenance.
