Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, product operations, project coordination, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Strong skills in requirements and process documentation (user stories, process mapping, acceptance criteria, etc.)
• Experience guiding and improving business process and efficiency in Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Act as liaison between business units and Software Engineering, facilitating effective communication.
• Participate with Business Analyst team bi-weekly to share insights and address challenges.
• Address errors related to custom development and escalate as needed.
• Conduct scoping and analysis of system improvements for business processes and technology.
• Perform QA for custom applications and automated jobs to meet business requirements.
• Provide Salesforce support, including reporting and small workflows.
• Occasionally participate in deployments and maintenance outside normal hours.
