Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager in Jacksonville, FL. You will participate in an 18–24 month paid training to learn branch operations and management, with a relocation package provided upon promotion.

You will help customers with loans, educate on products, and work toward meeting sales goals while upholding company values. This role is 100% onsite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience preferred but not required.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance, with satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with loan applications and explain products.
• Evaluate loan applications and perform risk analysis.
• Make credit decisions and administer loan closings; process insurance claims.
• Support Branch Manager with recruiting, training, and achieving sales goals.
