Job summary

Republic Finance is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) to drive loan origination, train staff, and grow the branch. The role starts with paid training and relocation support for promotions to Branch Manager. You’ll engage customers, explain lending options, and help with credit decisions to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1 year or more of customer-facing sales experience is preferred.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Willingness to relocate for promotion, relocation package provided for moves over 50 miles.

Responsibilities

• Originate new loan business by contacting customers and assessing needs.
• Educate customers on consumer lending services and how to improve credit.
• Assist Branch Manager with recruiting, training and sales planning to meet targets.
